CONDITIONS & INFORMATION
1. Bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% with the balance
payable six weeks before the holiday commences. Telephone bookings
will be held for 3 days. Remittances should be made payable to:

2. The full amount is due on bookings made six weeks or less before
arrival.
3. Bookings are from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. on the day
of departure.
4. If the booking is cancelled, we will try to re-let the cottage. If
successful, all monies will be returned less an administration charge
of £20.00
5. Our charges include all bed linen, blankets and tea towels but not
cot bedding or towels.
6. 2 night storage heaters are available as an extra for £10.00 per week.
7. Regretfully, no pets are allowed.
